Return Policy
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
Timeframe: Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 12 hours of receiving the item.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at 9849164401 or info@haans.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process only the exchange of the item as requested. The refund process will not be accepted, we will provide credit to buy next time.
