Syed Farhan Hasan — Managing Director.

Having spent years at the helm of Hansa's export business, working with global partners and buyers across markets, Farhan pairs that hands-on operational depth with a sharp instinct for brand-building — steering strategy and growth as he carries the export legacy forward while shaping what Haans becomes next.

Syed Irfan Hasan — Director.

With an innate sense for design and a discerning eye trained on the finest ateliers abroad, Irfan builds on Hansa's export legacy of genuine leather and true craftsmanship. His years spent working closely with international buyers and manufacturers — across sourcing, production, compliance, and logistics — have given him a sharp understanding of quality, finish, and what it takes to meet the exacting standards of global markets. That export expertise is a sensibility he now brings home, shaping Haans with the same grace, detail, and dedication that once travelled the world.

Where Haans Comes From

Hansa Group of Companies was founded in 1976 by Syed Baqar Hasan, who believed Indian hands could craft leather good enough for the world. That belief took him to Germany and back, and he built Hansa Group into the very first Indian company to export leather goods abroad. For fifty years, that same care has gone into every piece — trusted by families across Europe and some of the biggest names in the business, even when unseen by the very people wearing it.

The Next Chapter — Written by the Next Generation

Syed Farhan Hasan and Syed Irfan Hasan grew up close to the craft and later completed their MBAs before returning to shape its next chapter. By 2015, as India's domestic market matured, the brothers set out to build a brand made entirely for India — Haans. Born in Hyderabad, where our legacy first took root, Haans carries the same skill and care forward, now made especially for India's own customers.
