Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact. Shoes are not eligible for return or refund. Only size exchange is available.
Timeframe: Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 12 hours of receiving the item.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process only the exchange of the item as requested. The refund process will not be accepted, we will provide credit to buy next time.
Shoes are not eligible for return or refund. Only size exchange is available.
If you receive the wrong shoe size, you may request a size exchange only, subject to stock availability. Refunds or returns for shoes are not applicable.
